We are very confident that you will love any of our mattresses, but we also realize that you are buying our products sight unseen. Because there is always a chance that you will not love our products, we are willing to offer anyone who purchases any mattress a 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee.

Our hassle-free return is the easiest return policy you have ever seen. All you have to do is tell us you are not happy with your mattress and we will issue you a return authorization number. Then simply ship back the mattress to our warehouse in Houston, and you will get a 100% refund! Pillows and toppers are non-refundable. We take the hassle out of returning a bed.

Please note that all returns need to be in like-new condition.

We strongly recommend that you try out any mattress for 2 weeks to give it ample time to break in. After the 2 week trial, if you decide the bed is not for you, we will gladly take the bed back and either issue you a complete refund or exchange it. Your happiness is always our top priority!
